Exceptional Care and Nurturing Environment
We cannot express how grateful we are for the wonderful care Ethan receives at COMCCS. He started at COMCCS program in his toddler years. We felt welcomed and assured that he was in the best care. The supervisors and staff are amazing, kind and invested in the well-being and development of each child.
The facility is always clean, safe and filled with engaging activities that stimulate learning and creativity. My child comes home every day and tell us stories about the things he learned at the centre. The curriculum is well-rounded with the balance of education and fun activities.
During his toddler years, he was trained to potty train by the staff. We receive regular updates and photos, constant communication between us and the staff that provide us peace of mind.
Overall, Ethan is having a great time at the program. He is still enrolled in BA program under Melissa at SCA. COMCSS has exceed our expectations in every way. We feel fortunate to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment for our child.

The St. Joan of Arc Child Care Centre has been a wonderful and integral part of our children’s development over the past 3 years. With our son, they took a child born at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic and provided a safe, caring and nurturing environment where he was able to develop his social skills and confidence, which have carried over into his kindergarten classroom. With our daughter, they have and are currently working on the regulation of her behaviours and emotions in a place that provides consistency, discipline and love.
This daycare center blends curriculum, play and experiential learning in a way that made both of my kids excited and happy to go to school every day. The childcare educators are professional and caring and the administration is approachable, making for wonderful collaboration between staff and parents.

Our Family has had both of our daughters in the care of Father John Kelly Child Care Centre, since they were 16 months old (currently aged 5 yrs & 3 yrs) and we are beyond grateful for their service. Lead by Krystal Patterson, the entire team shows genuine care and concern for the children. Both of our children took their first steps while in the care of their respective ECEs – they shared video with us over the Parent App, so we were able to experience this monumental moment.
Near hourly updates are provided via the Parent App, along with most communication, so we never feel out of touch with our children. They were always well fed, taught basic hygiene, and were generally looked after as well as we could hope for, all while continuing to learn basic life skills that we try to teach them at home.
As two working parents, it is easy to feel disconnected and concerned for your child’s wellbeing when placed in the care of others, but that feeling quickly disappears when you immediately realize that the staff at Father John Kelly Child Care Centre is not just there to collect a paycheque. It takes a special person to be in this line of work, and it is evident that the staff here loves what they do, loves the children, and only has their best interest at heart.
Our daughters LOVE this child care centre and all of the wonderful women who helped shape their early years. We could not have asked for more and we would highly recommend the centre to anyone looking for a safe, loving and educational daycare for their children.

Good Shephard Child Care (GSCC) has been absolutely amazing. Our children always look forward to going and have build great friendships.
The staff and educators at GSCC have been outstanding. Our children have learned so much from them over the time they have been there. They are extremely approachable, supportive, caring and are always engaging the children in such fun learning activities. Aside from the regular day to day activities they do, they go above and beyond by hosting curriculum nights for the parents, a Christmas Concert and even an end of the year BBQ. One of the highlights of our experience has been the summer camp program. Every year, my boys eagerly look forward to it, and it’s no surprise why. My children have been at COMCCS at Blessed Trinity since September and I can truly say they have been so happy and excited to go in every morning and are upset when I pick them up because they want to stay longer. My daughter is in JK and her teacher Ms. Dominica is absolutely amazing. She is an educator who understands the play-based curriculum and provides the children to feel a sense of security, warmth and an environment where they can explore, learn but most of all have fun.
My son is in Grade 1 and his teachers are Ms. Mariam and Ms. Barbara. They are wonderful educators and help the children by giving them an opportunity to explore, ask questions, be curious and use their imagination.
Ms. Cassandra and Ms. Andrea are truly phenomenal! They are always there to help and guide all the educators and the children. They are so loving and so caring, and any child would be so lucky to be under their care. I truly feel blessed that my children are in the before and after care program and I’m looking forward to an exciting year ahead for both my children.

I can’t express enough how grateful my husband and I are for the care and love my two boys received from all the staff at Father John Kelly. From the moment we walked in, Krystal had so much energy and genuine love for all the kids, I knew we had found a special place. The staff not only created a safe and welcoming environment, but they also became a second family to my children. My first son was 3 at the time in the Smurf room under Ms. Monica. He had a bit of an adjustment period going into care for the first time. Both Krystal and Monica came up with a ” coffee date” plan to ease him into his new routine. He finished the year out confident and prepared to start JK. Our second son started care at the age of 2 and is in the Garfield room. He tended to take a liking to Ms. Rita. She helped my son feel comfortable with his transition phase into care. All of the staff are absolutely exceptional, they are warm, and welcoming. My boys always felt comfortable, happy, and excited to go each day, which gave me peace of mind as a parent.
All of the educators at Father John Kelly are truly incredible—caring, patient, and attentive. They recognized each of my boys’ unique needs and tailored their approach to help them grow and thrive. We’ve seen them develop so much—whether it was potty training, building confidence, or simply increasing their comfort in social settings and being able to have fun with their friends.
What stands out the most to me is how much the staff genuinely cares about the children, and their environment. The care they take to make their rooms and hallways feel so warm, with plants and decorations, is truly an extension of a home, not just a center. They made sure every day was filled with love, laughter, and learning. I’m beyond thankful for everything Father John Kelly has done for my children and our family. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care my child has received at Father John Kelly (FJK). After our previous daycare was unexpectedly shut down, we were understandably nervous about finding a new environment for our son. However, the team at FJK made the transition much smoother than we anticipated.
We were welcomed with open arms and offered multiple visits in advance, which really helped ease our anxiety and allowed our son to adjust comfortably. The staff at FJK is incredibly professional and caring, and it didn’t take long for our son to develop a genuine love for the centre. My daughter just started JK at Blessed Trinity CES this year, and in turn started before and after care with COMCCS.
She is currently in Ms. Domenica’s class and really enjoying her time there. When I pick her up at the end of the day, she is almost always at the arts and crafts table drawing, or creating a festive masterpiece.
From my end as a parent, I have peace of mind that my daughter is happy and well cared for after a long day of school. She is given a healthy snack and engaged in a variety of activities. The staff are kind and happy to engage with, and provide updates to parents, and often go above and beyond to help.

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible experiences my sons had at Good Shepherd — both the Preschool and Toddler rooms. From the moment we enrolled, I knew they were in great hands, but seeing the daily care, nurturing, and education they received truly exceeded all of our expectations.
